Chantelle Lott is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bounceless. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tulsa in 2007. In 2012, she received her master’s degree in Teaching, Learning and Leadership from Oklahoma State University. 

Chantelle has worked as a social worker and educator. She is a serial founder and patent owner. She values purposeful connections and strengthening communities. 

Chantelle is married and the mother of three children. She is a literacy advocate (Reading Partner volunteer for eight years) as well as breast health advocate.
