CURRICULUM STRUCTURE

Generation Confident is a community-driven program dedicated to empowering girls. Our dedicated Movemeant facilitators, including educators and volunteers, are determined to make a difference in the lives of girls in your community.

With flexibility in mind, our curriculum can be adapted to various settings, such as after-school programs, sports teams, and clubs.

Join us for engaging sessions twice a week, where girls have the opportunity to participate in 20 minutes of thought-provoking discussions and activities that expand their minds and deepen their understanding of the world.

In addition, we incorporate 20 minutes of invigorating physical activities, like yoga, dance, and boxing, to fully integrate the week's theme or curriculum topic.

With each session, we nourish both the mind and body, fostering strong connections and building trust with peers and oneself.

“The bottom line is, Generation Confident works.  It targets students on their level. It provides a meaningful, relationship building platform that will transform both the participants in the program itself and a Middle School community, as a whole, for the topics, techniques, and tools presented in the 12-week curriculum do not exist in a vacuum - they permeate outwards with intentional movement towards positive, impactful transformation.”
